Maryland women’s basketball will play a home-and-home series against Duke beginning in the 2024-25 season, head coach Brenda Frese announced Wednesday. The Terps will host the Blue Devils on Nov. 10, and then travel to Durham, North Carolina in the 2026-27 season.
This will mark the first time the two teams are meeting since 2015, when Maryland defeated Duke, 65-55, in the Sweet Sixteen.
The most notable meeting between the two programs came in the 2006 national championship game, when the Terps came back from a 13-point deficit to win in overtime, 78-75.
Maryland has a 40-41 all-time record against the Blue Devils.
