Maryland women’s tennis was ranked No. 2 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s (ITA) year-end Atlantic Regional Rankings, it was announced last week.
This is the Terps highest regional ranking since 2017, when they were ranked No. 2.
ITA’s regional ranking includes the top-10 teams, top-20 singles and top-10 doubles for 13 different regions.
For singles, three Terps finished in the top 20 of the Atlantic region. Selma Cadar, who went 21-11 in singles this year, was ranked No. 4, Kallista Liu, who went 26-10 in singles this year, was ranked No. 9 and Minorka Miranda, who went 13-11 in singles this year, was ranked No.
