Maryland wrestling continued its positive trend on the recruiting trail, with the Terps’ 2021 recruiting class landing at No. 8 in the nation, according to rankings from Intermat.
The Terps’ class was headed by Adrien Cramer, an All-American and the No. 76 senior in the class, and Missouri native Ethen Miller, the No. 8 145-pound wrestler in the class.
Head coach Alex Clemsen and his staff also managed to bring in Jaxon Smith, a three-time state champion in Georgia, Braxton Brown, a three-time state champion from Texas, Gaven Bell, a three-time county champion in New York, Sam O’Brian, a Damascus High School product who placed third in Maryland and Kevin Schork, who was a three-time state finalist in Virginia.
