With the season officially over for Maryland football, offseason news is officially starting to roll in. Offensive linemen Marcus Minor and Johnny Jordan, defensive back Antwaine Richardson and defensive lineman Cherokee Glasgow all entered the transfer portal Monday.
Minor, a former consensus four-star recruit, started 10 games at right tackle as a redshirt sophomore in 2019 before shifting over to guard for this season. He appeared in three of the Terps’ five games in 2020, a season that will not be counted as a part of his eligibility due to the NCAA’s rule change. After recently graduating from the university, Minor will be eligible right away as a graduate transfer.
