The Maryland football family will honor its seniors on Saturday in the regular season finale against Rutgers at noon. The Terrapins have had a touch and go season amidst the coronavirus pandemic and will play just its fifth game — the first since Nov. 28.
It’s a senior day unlike any other, with no fans crowding Capital One Stadium for the typical send-off. Seniors Jake Funk, Cherokee Glasgow, Johnny Jordan, Antwaine Richardson, Tyler Rockhill, Zach Roski and Shaq Smith will all be honored.
Funk has enjoyed a nice season as the starting running back for the Terrapins.
