The Friday morning before Maryland football was blown out 54-7 by Nebraska, Terp running back Tayon Fleet-Davis was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, according to online court records.
Fleet-Davis, who did not play in the game against the Cornhuskers, was pulled over by the University of Maryland Police next to Ritchie Coliseum at 3:51 a.m. He is being charged with seven different violations, including driving a vehicle while impaired by a controlled substance, reckless and negligent driving, driving on a highway without the required license and authorization, failure to display license upon demand and failure to display “two lighted front lamps” when required.
