Maryland wrestling has been hot on the recruiting trail, with head coach Alex Clemsen continuing to build a midwest crew to compete in College Park for years to come.
Class of 2022 wrestler Kal Miller was originally committed to Missouri, but announced Thursday that he’s switched his decision and will be attending Maryland. He joins his brother, Ethen Miller, who also flipped to the Terps to join the 2021 class.
Clemsen was known as a top recruiter when he took over the program in April 2019, and his connections from previously serving as Missouri’s associate head coach have certainly paid dividends.
