To absolutely nobody’s surprise, Maryland football enters homecoming week as 17-point underdogs to the No. 14 Michigan Wolverines, according to Vegas Insider.
This line may change, however, because the odds are constantly shifting throughout the week.
This week, the Terps (3-5, 1-4 Big Ten) will be threaded in their special homecoming uniforms as they host the Wolverines (6-2, 3-2).
Michigan is coming off a dominant performance in Ann Arbor against then-No. 8 Notre Dame, beating the Irish 45-8. The Wolverines held Notre Dame quarterback Ian Book to his worst showing of the year, throwing for a season-low 73 passing yards on 8-25 attempts for one touchdown.
