Maryland honored its seniors on Sunday with a crushing 4-0 victory over VCU.
The Terps dominated early and often, as they got out to a two-goal lead within the first 10 minutes of the game. Maryland added one more score in the first half and another in the second half as it cruised to its third victory of the season.
“I’m really proud of the team’s performance,” Maryland head coach Meghan Ryan Nemzer said. “We’ve spent a lot of time in the final third, spent a lot of time in being efficient and having a better shot selection, and I thought we did that today.
