Maryland women’s basketball’s biggest non-conference game now has a start time. The Terps will tip-off against South Carolina Nov. 18 in Columbia at 5:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
The matchup is the back end of a home-and-home series between the two schools that was announced just weeks after the Gamecocks won the national championship in 2017. South Carolina defeated Maryland 94-86 at Xfinity Center last year, holding off the Terps after they cut a 26-point third quarter lead down to three in the final minute.
Both teams should be in the top 25 again for the matchup, though they will enter the season with differing expectations.
