Although it didn’t look like it would be easy at first, the Maryland women’s basketball team recorded another convincing win Wednesday, beating the Wisconsin Badgers by a score of 90-65.
Shatori Walker-Kimbrough and Brionna Jones racked up 22 points apiece, even though neither one played a second in the fourth quarter. All of Walker-Kimbrough’s points came in the first 15 minutes, and she was 6-6 from three-point range. Jones, meanwhile, grabbed a game-high 9 rebounds, including 6 on the offensive end.
Walker-Kimbrough scored the Terps’ first 11 points, but Maryland trailed 20-15 at the end of the first quarter.
