After spending four seasons with Maryland women’s basketball, Shyanne Sellers declared for the 2025 WNBA Draft, she announced on social media Thursday.
After leading Maryland to her third Sweet 16 appearance, Sellers is out of college eligibility, thus ending her career with the Terps.
Sellers averaged 14.4 points per game in her final season in College Park, along with 3.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists. For her career, Sellers averaged 12.9 points per game, 4.0 assists and 4.6 rebounds in 130 career games.
This season, Sellers became the first player in program history to amass 1,500 points, 500 rebounds and 500 assists.
