Maryland volleyball returned to the road after a disappointing 0-2 home stand last weekend. Friday night didn’t fare much better for the Terps as they lost to No. 17 Purdue in four sets: 21-25, 25-23, 20-25, 13-25.
The Terps (12-9, 3-6 Big Ten) had a balanced attack up top as Erika Pritchard and Liz Twilley led the team with 17 kills each. Katie Myers also had eight kills, but the Terps hit .140 as a team with 30 attack errors, more than twice as much as Purdue’s 13. Pritchard had another double-double with 13 digs. Allegra Rivas led Maryland with 19 digs.
