Maryland offensive lineman Delmar Glaze was drafted Friday in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft by the Las Vegas Raiders. Glaze, the first Terp selected in this year’s draft, was taken with the No. 77 overall pick.
Glaze, the highest-selected offensive lineman from Maryland since Melvin Fowler in 2002 (No. 76), was a third-team All-Big Ten selection this past season, his second straight year earning all-conference honors. He started every game at left tackle and excelled, with Pro Football Focus giving him the second-highest pass blocking grade among Big Ten tackles and the fourth-best grade nationally for a tackle.
