Maryland redshirt sophomore guard Dion Wiley is still dealing with a back injury and will miss his fourth consecutive game on Thursday against Iowa, Terrapins Coach Mark Turgeon said.
Wiley did not travel with the team to Iowa City on Wednesday night, remaining behind in College Park to rehabilitate an ailing back that has curtailed his Big Ten season so far. While the team has not specified the extent of Wiley’s injury, it has been serious enough to keep him out of the past three games.
“We’re shutting Dion down. We haven’t played Dion the last three games because of his back.
