Following a visit from Mark Turgeon, Maryland has offered a pair of Indiana big men: five-star forward Kris Wilkes and four-star forward Jaren Jackson, 247 Sports' Josh Stirn reports.
A 6'7, 190-pound black belt in taekwondo, Wilkes is the No. 1 player in Indiana – a basketball hotspot – in the class of 2017. He competed in Under Armour's All-America camp this summer, where he measured in with a 6'10 wingspan. Wilkes holds offers from Butler, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Purdue, UCLA, and Xavier.
Though not as talented in the arts of Korean defense, the 6'8, 175-pound Jackson has a basketball background.
