Maryland not using youth as excuse for another late-season fade going into NCAA tournament

Eric Ayala has gained a reputation for being a better-than-average 3-point shooter during his freshman year at Maryland.

Perhaps more than any of the other four freshmen in coach Mark Turgeon’s rotation, Ayala has also proven to be a straight shooter.
