Maryland men’s soccer continues strong spring with 4-2 win over West Virginia

The reigning national champion Maryland men’s soccer team doubled up West Virginia, 4-2, Saturday in the third match of its spring schedule.

The win at Ludwig Field was highlighted by goals by four different players, as Eric Matzelevich, Paul Bin, Justin Gielen and Mike Heitzmann each found the net.

The game had been postponed twice after originally being scheduled to open the spring slate for the Terps on March 3.
