The Maryland men’s lacrosse team will face Team USA’s training team in a scrimmage on Oct. 7 at 6 p.m., US Lacrosse announced Tuesday.
The scrimmage is part of the Team USA Fall Classic, which is played at US Lacrosse Headquarters in Glencoe, Maryland, north of Baltimore. Maryland midfielder Connor Kelly is also a member of Team USA, but will play for the Terps.
The U.S. Training Team is comprised, in part, of nine former Terps. No other college has more players on the team. Jake and Jesse Bernhardt, Mike Chanenchuk, Michael Ehrhardt, John Haus, Tim Muller, Brian Phipps, Drew Snider and Joe Walters make up the Terps delegation.
