With previously top-ranked Michigan State losing last week for the first time, Big 12 rivals Kansas (12-1) and Oklahoma (12-0) were voted separately as the No. 1 team in the respective polls.
The Jayhawks ae No. 1 in the AP poll and the Sooners are No. 1 in the USA Today Sports poll.
The 14-1 Spartans, who lost at Iowa before winning at Minnesota, are still playing star forward Denzel Valentine, who is expected back soon after undergoing arthroscopic surgery last month.
