Maryland men’s basketball had an abundance of expectations entering the season.
Nine games in, the backcourt has continued to gel in a marvelous way. During Saturday’s 77-56 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore, the combination of Melo Trimble and Rasheed Sulaimon showed how formidable of a duo they can be.
Both Trimble and Sulaimon are two of five Maryland players that are averaging double figures so far during the 2015-16 season.
However, it appears to be more than the numbers as the duo is always communicating and seems to know where the other one is on the court.
