It was another up and down week for former Maryland football players in the NFL. Two former Terps hit or tied career milestones, while one was suspended and another was injured.
Sean Davis, S, Pittsburgh Steelers
A week after recording the first interception of his career, the rookie recorded his first sack and finished with seven tackles and 1.5 sacks in the Steelers’ 27-20 win over the Bills. Since moving back to safety in October, Davis has turned into a reliable player for the Steelers on defense.
Nick Novak, K, Houston Texans
After hitting the game-winning field goal against the Colts back in October, Novak tied a career-high with five field goals against the Colts on Sunday.
