After 329 days without a game, Maryland football is back. The Terrapins are going wheels up to Evanston, Illinois, for their first-ever road game against the Northwestern Wildcats Saturday.
After an offseason filled with uncertainty due to the coronavirus pandemic, Maryland is looking forward to its 2020 slate.
“We’ve been waiting for this since last November, when we left the field of Michigan State,” sophomore defensive back Nick Cross said earlier this month. “I can’t put into words how excited myself and the entire team, this coaching staff, everyone is just to go out there and go compete.
