In Maryland football's first season under new head coach DJ Durkin, the Terps will host Michigan State in primetime, the Big Ten Network announced Monday. The Spartans' visit to Maryland Stadium on October 22 will be televised on BTN, and kickoff is set for 7:30.
Michigan State will be an extremely tough test for Maryland, as the Spartans are coming off a Big Ten Championship and an appearance in the College Football Playoff.
The Terps didn't have a primetime appearance during their 3-9 season in 2015, as their scheduled game with Michigan was moved from 8 p.
