Maryland Football: Terps snag commitment from Andrew Park

The Maryland football team has their first pledge in the 2017 class.

Tight end Andrew Park has announced that he has committed to the Terrapins.

Park is a local product that hails from Lake Braddock High School in nearby Fairfax County (Va.) The junior tight end is not currently rated, according to 247Sports.

Park had offers from Bucknell, Eastern Kentucky, Fordham, James Madison, Miami (Oh.), Pittsburgh, and William & Mary. In addition, the 2017 tight end also had interest from Boston College, Duke, LSU, Penn State, and Tennessee among others.

Park is the first 2017 commitment for coach D.
