For the second time in 24 hours, D.J. Durkin is making a splash.
Durkin added Mike London to his staff as the defensive line and associate head coach. London resigned as Virginia’s head coach just last month after a six-year run with the school.
According to Sports Illustrated, London will be joining Durkin’s staff. The move comes just hours after former Syracuse head coach Scott Shafer was tabbed as the team’s new defensive coordinator.
London served as the head coach in Charlottesville for the past six seasons and accumulated a 27-46 record.
