Maryland football could end up with the highest-rated class in program history by the time National Signing Day is complete on Wednesday, a collection of talent already bolstered by eight early enrollees. DJ Durkin’s first full class will likely include more than 20 more signings from committed prospects. The second-year head coach has already pulled one surprise, flipping coveted wide receiver Tahj Capeheart from Virginia Tech. Capeheart signed with the Terrapins shortly before 8 a.m. on Wednesday.
