Maryland football is on its bye week right now, but the Terps return to the field on Sept. 23 against UCF. That game will kick off at 3 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1, the team announced Monday.
While it seems on the surface like a reasonable time, this is actually the only game slated to start at 3 p.m. that day. Most college football games start in either the noon, 3:30 or primetime windows. But FS1 seems to have a different plan for its second Maryland telecast of the season.
