National Signing Day 2016 is all but completed for Maryland, which began the day by announcing four early enrollees and finishing it with 19 additional signings. The Terrapins have officially inked its two highest rated prospects in DeMatha teammates Terrance Davis and Tino Ellis, as well as Carroll four-star offensive lineman Richard Merritt. Maryland did miss out on blue-chip St. Johns’ defensive lineman Terrell Hall, who chose Alabama. Here’s a list of prospects that inked this morning.
