After spending the NBA Summer League with the Philadelphia 76ers, former Maryland point guard Melo Trimble will continue his career with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Trimble’s deal, first reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski last month, is partially guaranteed, so he figures to get a training camp tryout with the Wolves. His training camp signing was announced by Minnesota on Monday, along with forward Amile Jefferson.
