Guard Rasheed Sulaimon came to Maryland for nights like Thursday.
Sulaimon proved to be on a mission in the Terrapins’ 74-68 win over No. 3 Iowa.
The former Duke Blue Devil scored 17 points (6-of-11) while dishing out five assists and grabbing four rebounds. Sulaimon also connected on three of his five attempts from beyond the arc.
Sulaimon definitely did a little bit of everything for Maryland on Thursday, including helping out on defense.
As a collective group, Maryland limited two of Iowa’s most lethal scorers in Jarrod Uthoff and Peter Jok.
