Melo Trimble struggled in a big way during Thursday’s scrimmage at the NBA Draft Combine.
On Friday, Trimble put together a much better performance in his second five-on-five scrimmage.
Trimble finished with 12 points (4-of-8 shooting), six assists, two rebounds, and a steal for his team. The former Maryland guard also connected on one of his three attempts from long-range on the afternoon.
He was the third leading-scorer on his team behind Kansas’ Frank Mason III (21 points) and French prospect Jonathan Jeanne (14). Trimble also received the fourth-most playing time as he spent 24 minutes on the floor in Chicago.
