Maryland basketball parodied Adele’s “Hello” in a love letter to Melo Trimble, and it worked on just about every level.
The video, with Trimble-inspired lyrics from a Maryland alumnae, walks fans perfectly through some of the junior’s most famous moments as a Terp.
Walk-on Andrew Terrell’s been the star of Maryland’s previous attempts at viral videos, and he nails the introduction.
The rest of the video hits the right balance between fun and heartfelt. Trimble’s meant a lot to the fans, coaches and teammates at Maryland, and whether he’s coming back for his senior year, this serves as another reminder that everyone should appreciate him while he’s still here.
