Maryland basketball has added La Salle assistant coach Matt Brady as its new Director of Player Personnel, the team announced Monday.
Brady has coached at the Division I level for over 30 years, including 12 seasons as a head coach. He led Marist from 2004-08, then coached James Madison from 2008-16, leading the Dukes to the NCAA Tournament in 2013. After one season at La Salle, he’s stepping into the Power 5 for the first time.
Brady replaces Cliff Warren, who was moved to the administrative role from an assistant coaching job but left for UMass last month.
