Maryland recruited local product Dwayne Morgan heavily over two years ago.
After two years at UNLV, Morgan has decided to transfer closer to home and Maryland is one of four schools that he’s focusing on. ESPN’s Jeff Borzello was the first to report Morgan’s intentions.
The former four-star recruit is also focusing on Clemson, St. John’s, and VCU in addition to the Terrapins.
Morgan wants to transfer back to the East Coast in order to be closer to his sick mother. According to InsideMDSports, Morgan received his release from UNLV on Wednesday.
