Former Maryland star Dez Wells didn’t have the summer many imagined last year.
After a forgettable season, Wells has accepted an NBA Summer League invite with the Chicago Bulls.
Wells will join Chicago’s Summer League team in the hopes of cracking their roster once the regular season rolls around. The Bulls will compete in the Las Vegas leg of the Summer League.
The Bulls are a franchise that is undergoing significant changes this offseason.
It’s a possibility that Derrick Rose could get moved while Kirk Hinrich and E’Twaun Moore are unrestricted free agents.
