Aaron Wiggins didn’t need much time to decide that College Park was where he wanted to be.
On Saturday, Wiggins committed to Maryland during an official visit. The four-star 2018 prospect confirmed the news on his Twitter account.
The talented wing chose Maryland over the likes of Arizona, Florida, Kansas, and Virginia.
Wiggins is rated as the No. 62 prospect in 247Sports’ Composite rankings. The Wesleyan Christian (NC) standout is also the No. 18 small forward and the fifth-best prospect in the state of North Carolina.
He is the first pledge in Maryland’s 2018 class, which has suffered quite a few setbacks.
