Maryland baseball unveiled its 56-game regular season 2019 schedule Wednesday. The Terps will play six teams from last year’s NCAA Tournament, including two Super Regional teams, and host 24 games at Bob “Turtle” Smith Stadium.
The Terps’ home schedule includes a weekend series with East Carolina, who was one of 16 NCAA Regional hosts a season ago. Maryland also hosts four the Big Ten’s top six teams from 2018, with series against Indiana, Ohio State, Michigan and Iowa. The Terps’ four home-and-home midweek opponents are the same as last year: William & Mary, VCU, Delaware and James Madison (Maryland went 3-5 against these foes in the spring).
