The Maryland men's basketball team will play a pair of in-state opponents as part of their 2015-16 nonconference schedule.
The Terps will open the regular season against Mount Saint Mary's on Nov. 13 at Xfinity Center, the university announced Tuesday, and will play the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore on Dec. 12.
Maryland will also play Georgetown in College Park for the first time in 42 years as part of the inaugural Gavitt Games on Nov. 17. The last time the Hoyas played in College Park -- on Dec. 11, 1973 -- the Terps won, 115-83.
Former Atlantic Coast Conference rival North Carolina is also on the nonconference schedule.
