No. 21 Maryland men’s basketball is back in front of fans in College Park and it will take on Quinnipiac for the opening game of the season on Tuesday.
Maryland won its only exhibition match ahead of the season, claiming an 89-40 victory over Fayetteville State back on Nov. 5. Now, the Terps will turn its attention to the first team they will take on in 2021-22.
Despite the departures of players like Darryl Morsell and Aaron Wiggins, the Terps have reloaded for the upcoming campaign with key transfers like guard Fatts Russell and center Qudus Wahab to round out the starting lineup.
