After Maryland went into Madison and hung around for a quarter before ultimately falling to Wisconsin 38-13, the Terps return home to College Park Saturday to take on Indiana for Homecoming.
Having lost four of their last five, this game is a must-win for the Terps, who still have bowl-eligibility in their sights. After years of fielding an electric offense, Indiana has flipped the script this season, boasting a defense that’s second in the nation in forcing three-and-outs with 6.9 per game.
The Terps showed signs of being able to move the ball a bit last week against Wisconsin, and they’ll have to find a way to move the ball efficiently down the field to keep up the Homecoming spirit.
