Maryland men’s basketball is coming off a heartbreaking 68-67 loss at No. 23 Michigan, and the Terps have lost three of their last four, including two straight.
They return home on Thursday to face Minnesota, a team that early in the season was ranked 12th in the AP Poll but has fallen out of the rankings, and is just 2-3 on the road this season.
The Gophers are not the team that won in College Park last year, but Maryland isn’t that same team either. If the Terps want to come out victorious, they need to keep the Golden Gophers’ three top scorers—Jordan Murphy and Nate Mason—in check.
