Maryland basketball has chance to pick up a win in Baltimore for the second straight season tonight. The Terps are playing Charlotte 7 at p.m. at Royal Farms Arena on ESPN2.
Maryland beat Princeton in its return to the city last year, 82-61. This round shouldn’t be much different. The Terps have won four straight games since suffering their first loss of the season to Pitt on Nov. 29. This concludes Maryland’s post-Oklahoma State four-game stretch of nonconference play. Since playing the Cowboys, the Terps have defeated Howard, Saint Peter’s and Jacksonville State, three teams that come in 313th, 215th and 211th in KenPom’s rankings.
