Maryland women’s basketball now has a full schedule for the 2018-19 season.
Roughly three weeks after revealing their non-conference slate, the Terps announced an 18-game conference schedule Tuesday. That’s two more than last season; as a result, Maryland is down to 11 out-of-league contests, just like the men’s team.
It’s a balanced schedule, with only one set of back-to-back home games and one set of consecutive road games. The Terps will battle Penn State and Rutgers before the new year, then come back to play Ohio State in a conference title game rematch on Jan. 5 (although the Buckeyes will be without almost their whole core from last year, including record-breaking star Kelsey Mitchell).
