Maryland football released its depth chart Tuesday for Saturday’s season opener against Texas. The Terps still haven’t chosen a starting quarterback, but the outlook at several positions is now a lot more clear.
Maryland also has co-starters at running back in Ty Johnson and Lorenzo Harrison III, and the veteran wide receivers—Taivon Jacobs, Jahrvis Davenport and DJ Turner—are all on the first string to start the season. Avery Edwards and Chigoziem Okonkwo are starters at separate tight end positions (the “F” means Okonkwo will see more time in the slot).
