Former Maryland offensive tackle Michael Dunn has signed a free-agent contract with the Los Angeles Rams, the team announced Friday.
Dunn, a Bethesda native who walked on to the Terps roster as a true freshman in 2012, started 48 games over his career in College Park, primarily at left tackle. He received All-Big Ten Conference honorable mention in 2015 and 2016 and last season helped Maryland rush for over 2,500 words for the first time since 2003.
Dunn, rated the No. 37 offensive tackle prospect in the 2017 draft class by CBS Sports, knew it probably would be a while until he heard from an interested NFL team.
