Maryland football will have two notable alumni on the field when the Minnesota Vikings open up their 2016 season against the Tennessee Titans in Nashville.
In the wake of quarterback Teddy Bridgewater’s torn ACL, Maryland’s Shaun Hill will be the team’s starter, according to NFL media’s Ian Rapoport.

Lining up at wide receiver for Minnesota will be Stefon Diggs, who ended up a steal as a fifth-round draft pick last season.
