Former Maryland quarterback Kasim Hill has decided to transfer to Tennessee, according to 247Sports.
On Feb. 8, Hill announced that he had entered the transfer portal. His future at Maryland seemed bleak after suffering his second torn ACL in as many seasons and the Terps adding transfer Josh Jackson and freshman Lance LeGendre.
Hill was a four-star prospect out of St. John’s College High School and a key member of the Terps’ 2017 recruiting class, which notably included running back Anthony McFarland. He was ranked as the No. 2 prospect out of Washington D.
