The Terrapins haven’t exactly played an impressive brand of football through their first two games. After an underwhelming performance against Richmond, things didn’t get much better for quarterback Perry Hills. In the fourth quarter, coach Randy Edsall had seen enough and replaced Hills with backup Caleb Rowe. Rowe will make his first start in almost two years on Saturday when Maryland hosts a very tough South Florida squad.
