Maryland's recent hot streak in defensive back recruiting continued Sunday, when Frederick Douglass (Upper Marlboro, Md.) senior Devin Butler committed to the Terrapins, the prospect announced on Twitter. Butler plays quarterback at Douglass but is expected to play defensive back in College Park.
